3528 LED Strip Light FAQ:

• Q: What is the product warranty?

  The warranty on led strip lights ranges from 2 to 5 years which depends on the product material requested.

• Q: What is the product lifespan?

  Our led tape lights have been strictly tested and have an expected lifespan of 50,000hours before dropping to 70% luminosity. It means using 12hours per day, the lights would last more than 10 years. 

• Q: What is color temperature?

  Most white lights fall in a spectrum between 1800K and 6500K, measured in Kelvins (K). When dropping below 3000K, the light is noticeably warmer. When rising above 6500K, the lights have a blue-ish tint and cooler tone.

• Q: What is product lumen?

  This is one way we can measure light output, the more lumen, the higher brightness. For 5050 smd led, we have 16-18lm, 18-20lm, 20-22lm and 22-24lm for led strip lights.

• Q: What does IP meam?

  This is a rating system that defines the ability of led strip to be able to work in different environments. It is a measurement of the protection an item will have against solid objects and liquids. An IP rating is comprised of 2 numbers, the first one refers to the protection against solid objects and the second one refers to protection against liquids.

• Q: What is CRI?

  Have you ever purchased a red dress in the shop and when you try it on at home or wear it outside in the sun it looks different? This is because the CRI is different between the two light sources. High CRI LEDs will show an objects true pure and vibrant color.
